If you receive items then file a dispute sayind "product not delivered", we will send Law Enforcement to the address on file to retrieve the stolen goods.
Cardinal Virgin Hair has a NO exchange & NO REFUND policy on all items. Due to the nature of the products that we offer we cannot and will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from the weft or processed) in any way. According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. Please ensure that you have received the correct items by inspecting the hair before altering it in any way.
We are NOT responsible for any items once they have been delivered to the post office. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We will only accept a return if you are sent incorrect items. By placing an order with Cardinal Virgin Hair you have accepted our Refund/ Exchange Policy.
- Cardinal Virgin Hair is not responsible for any labor costs associated with installation, removal, or styling of the hair.
- Allow a professional to install and color your hair.
Shipping Policy / Tracking Information
At Cardinal Virgin Hair we ship out all orders placed online by 3pm Eastern time on the same day (this does not include weekends, holidays, or CVH non-operation days). Any purchases made after 3pm Eastern Time will be sent out the next business day. Cardinal Virgin Hair uses USPS with tracking for all shipping. You will receive tracking information via email within 24hrs of your items being shipped. All packages shipped will require signature upon delivery. The shipping and handling cost will be added to your order when you check out. Shipping and handling rates subject to change at any time. Cardinal Virgin Hair is NOT RESPONSIBLE for delivery/shipping times, lost or damaged packages, or carrier delays. Please call USPS if any issues with your package arise.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, carrier delays, or incorrect Address being entered. Please keep in mind that national holidays do not count as a business day and should not be considered when calculating shipping times. Also note that all orders require a signature, if you have any issues with signing for your order, please contact USPS. If you have entered the wrong address, CVH is not responsible for your error, please contact USPS immediately. Cardinal Virgin Hair is not responsible for refused shipments.
Your order will be shipped via USPS to the address you provide. Incomplete or incorrect address information are the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. You will be charged for any additional shipping attempts after the first one caused by incorrect address information. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Address

If you order an item that is not in stock you will be notified. Items that are not ready to ship require up to a 10 day processing time plus 2-5 business days for shipping.
-If you experience any issues with any of the products from Cardinal Virgin Hair, and have followed our Maintenance guidelines including using CVH approved products, contact us at [email protected]. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response.
CVH Quality Control
Each item at CVH is individually inspected for quality assurance. Every item goes through an extensive quality inspection before it is sent out to the consumer. The inspection includes a Texture Test, Elasticity Test, Nit and Grey Hair Inspection, Lace Closure/ Frontal knot inspection, and a Healthy Ends Inspection. After the hair passes those test it is then shampooed and conditioned to further guarantee the hair has no foul odor, minimal shedding and tangling, and maintains its softness and luster. Any hair that fails ANY of the test is sent back to the manufacturer. CVH DOES NOT SEND OUT HAIR THAT HAS NOT BEEN THOROUGHLY INSPECTED
